Liverpool crowned the happiest marriage capital in the UK

Born, bred and based in Liverpool it’s something we already knew but it’s now official … Liverpool has been crowned the happiest marriage capital of the UK!

To celebrate Beaverbrooks 100 year birthday, they asked the Nation to get involved in a survey of British couples which confirmed 48% of us Scousers class ourselves as having an extremely happy marriage compared to a national average of 38%.

It was also revealed Liverpudlian couples spent the most quality time together at 27 hours per week and 48% tell their other half they love them every single day … and anyone who has been to a family do with Liverpudlians can probably vouch for this as you all know it takes a good half hour to leave a party with all the hugs and kisses that go hand in hand with Scouse families πŸ™‚
